Man arrested after South Lebanon Township traffic stop uncovers meth, marijuana

On May 20, 2026, a South Lebanon Township officer stopped a vehicle on the 700 block of East Walnut Street and executed a search warrant. Officers recovered methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia; 60-year-old Scott A. Lingle was charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a turning/signaling violation. The arrest was recorded by the South Lebanon Township Police Department on August 17, 2026.
