Man charged with possession of child pornography in Lower Saucon Township

Marked in booking as 43 (also reported as age 42), Mark Anthony Kaiser was charged with one count each of possession of child pornography (F3) and criminal use of a communication facility (F3) following an investigation that began in July 2025. He was arraigned before District Judge Alan Mege on August 3, 2026, and released on unsecured bail (reported as $100,000.00; records also list $99,995). All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
