Man charged with sexual abuse of children and child pornography in Hilltown Township

On July 28, 2026, Hilltown Police charged 41-year-old Kevin Thomas Urso with Sexual Abuse of Children — dissemination of photographs, videotapes, computer depictions and films (F3) — along with one count of Possession of Child Pornography (F3) and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility (F3) following an investigation into child sexual abuse materials. Magisterial District Judge Stacy Wertman set bail at $0 and Urso was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
