Manheim man charged with simple assault after Penn Township domestic incident
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police say a 54-year-old Manheim man assaulted his wife; the victim showed recent facial injuries.
On August 1, 2026, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to the 500 block of W. Sun Hill Road in Penn Township for a domestic dispute not in progress. Investigators determined the victim was assaulted by her husband, 54-year-old Jonathan William Minney of Manheim, and the victim showed signs of recent physical injury to her face. Minney was charged with one count of simple assault (M2); the charge was filed before Magisterial District Judge Stauffer.
