Manheim woman charged with DUI, fraudulent documents and marijuana possession after Penn Township traffic stop
Northern Lancaster County officers stopped a vehicle after observing a violation and charged the driver with multiple offenses.
On August 8, 2026, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle on the 900 block of Lancaster Road in Penn Township after observing a vehicle code violation. The driver, identified as Gladys Marie Harris of Manheim, was found to have an active warrant and a suspended license and was charged with DUI, fraudulent/forged documents, driving while DUI suspended, and possession of marijuana; the case is before MDJ Stauffer.
