Marcial Caal Choc, 47, of Mount Joy, was charged June 24, 2026 with two counts of Driving Under the Influence (including a highest-rate BAC offense) and one count of driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked after officers responded to a DUI in progress on East Main Street. He struck a parked vehicle, admitted to consuming 24 beers, and consented to a chemical blood test that revealed a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.195%.
