On Sept. 29, 2026 at about 4:23 a.m., Lycoming Regional Police responded to 406 Broad Street, Apt. 2½ in the Borough of Jersey Shore for a domestic disturbance involving Michael K. Jarman, 44. During an argument over toothpaste and rent money, officers say Jarman retrieved a loaded 9mm, paced the residence breaking items and repeatedly told the victim, "If you call the cops, I will put a bullet in your head before they get here."
