Michelle Enid Diaz arrested on felony fleeing and eluding and multiple DUI charges
Police stopped a Lititz woman after her vehicle failed to stop; bloodwork showed a .160% BAC and THC present.
On May 22, 2026, at about 10:13 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police observed a vehicle driving without its lights in the 6200 block of Main Street, East Petersburg. The driver, identified as 36-year-old Michelle Enid Diaz of Lititz, failed to stop for officers and was later contacted at the rear of Pennsy Supply; officers detected the odor of alcohol on her and marijuana in the vehicle. A blood test showed a BAC of .160% and the presence of THC; charges filed include felony fleeing and eluding, four counts of DUI, possession of marijuana and related summary violations before MDJ Chudzik.
