Millersville Borough Parking Reminder
Reminder for students, residents and visitors about permit-only lots in off‑campus housing, enforcement start date, fines and how to pay.
The Millersville Borough Police Department reminds students, residents and visitors that many off‑campus apartment lots are private and marked as permit‑only; enforcement in these areas began on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Parking violations start at $30; higher fines may apply for fire lanes, handicap zones, or tickets unpaid after five calendar days. Fines can be paid via a 24‑hour drop box at the borough office, online at millersvilleborough.org, or by calling 717-899-9299.
