Millersville woman charged with DUI after vehicle stopped with blown tire

On June 24, 2026, Millersville Borough police stopped a vehicle they observed driving on a flat tire. The driver, 31-year-old Denise Sanchez, admitted to drinking at a bar and not having a valid license; field sobriety tests and a breath test showed her blood alcohol level was over the legal limit. She was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without a license after officers found the passenger-side tire blown out and the rim damaged.
