Mount Joy woman faces four DUI charges after Penn Township crash
NLCRPD arrested a Mount Joy woman after a single-vehicle crash; blood tests showed THC and a 0.151% BAC.
On May 23, 2026, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Junction Road and West Sun Hill Road in Penn Township and contacted 27-year-old Jessica Lynn Ross of Mount Joy. A blood sample taken during the DUI investigation showed THC/Marijuana and a blood alcohol concentration of 0.151%. Four counts of DUI and a summary traffic violation were filed before Magisterial District Judge Stauffer.
