Multiple Arrests in Batavia: Drug Bust and Various Charges (Oct. 2026)
Batavia Police made multiple arrests in October 2026, including a multi-person drug arrest and charges ranging from grand larceny to DWI and child endangerment.
On 10/12/2026, Germayne D Session (age 32), Roxcie D Teal (age 46) and Melvin Lloyd (age 38) were arrested after an incident on 10/11/2026 at about 11:15 p.m.; officers responding to a suspicious vehicle on East Main St observed narcotics, the vehicle fled, and the three were located shortly after at a driveway on Margaret Pl where a large amount of narcotics and paraphernalia were recovered; all were taken to the Genesee County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court. Additional October arrests included Kaylynn C Buchinger (28) for Grand Larceny 3rd and 4th for alleged debit card fraud exceeding $3,000; Martin F Jones (55) for Criminal Mischief 2nd (allegedly damaging a Valero gas pump); Benjamin J Townsend (38) for Criminal Mischief 2nd and Harassment 2nd (allegedly throwing coffee and damaging a vehicle); Jesus Vazquez-Puente (38) and Eric E Jackson (56) for DWI; Joseph W Difilippo (56) and Richard F Hull (48) for Petit Larceny; Brian K Dyer (60) for Harassment 2nd; Chelsea L Gerasimchik (35) for Endangering the Welfare of a Child for allegedly purchasing marijuana vapes for a child; and Elizabeth A Lindner (40), who faced multiple charges including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Soliciting and Trespass.
