Nazareth man charged with public drunkenness after skating in roadway
Nazareth police say a 37-year-old man was found skateboarding in the middle of North Broad Street and charged with public drunkenness after officers detected alcohol and located an open container.
On September 18, 2026, at 10:01 PM Nazareth police observed 37-year-old Colin Fischl skateboarding in the middle of North Broad Street near East North Street. Officers say he swerved into their lane, nearly striking the patrol car and two other motorists; they detected a strong odor of alcohol and found an open container. Fischl was assisted in getting home and charges for public drunkenness were filed by the Nazareth Borough Police Department.
