Nazir E. Peters Arrested in Scotrun on DUI Charge
Pocono Township officers arrested a 26-year-old man after finding him intoxicated at a Scotrun gas station following a verbal altercation.
On October 5, 2026, at about 10:15 p.m., Pocono Township Police responded to a reported fight at a gas station on Route 611 in Scotrun and determined the incident was verbal. Officers found 26-year-old Nazir E. Peters had driven to the scene while intoxicated and arrested him on a PA 75 3802A1 — driving under the influence (general impairment) charge; charges have been filed.
