NLCRPD Officer Samuel DaBella Retires After 25 Years

Officer Samuel DaBella is retiring after 25 years in policing, having begun his career with the former Warwick Township Police Department. Following the 2012 merger that created the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department, he served for 13 years in a specialized role supporting the Manheim Auto Auction and focused on auto-theft investigations, credited with recovering tens of millions of dollars in stolen vehicles. The NLCRPD thanked him for his service and wished him a well-deserved retirement.
