NLCRPD Officer Samuel DaBella Retires After 25 Years

Officer Samuel DaBella retired after 25 years of service, beginning his career with the former Warwick Township Police Department and later joining the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department after a 2012 merger. He spent 12 years on patrol and then 13 years focused on the Manheim Auto Auction and auto-theft investigations, where he helped recover tens of millions of dollars in stolen vehicles. The NLCRPD thanked him for his service and wished him a well-deserved retirement.
