A second free Question Persuade Refer (QPR) suicide-prevention training will be held Sept. 16 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Perkasie Borough Police Department, 311 S. 9th Street, Perkasie, PA. The session, hosted by Community Relations Specialist Chris Doheny, is open to all, includes a certificate of attendance and local crisis-resource materials, and will be followed by a Q&A period.
