Patricia Ann Garner Wanted on Firearms Sale and Unsworn Falsification Charges
State police say a Camp Hill woman allegedly falsified a firearm purchase application; charges were filed and a warrant issued.
On June 26, 2026, Pennsylvania State Police report that Patricia Ann Garner, 39, completed a firearms purchase application at Sportsman's Warehouse (3500 Capital City Mall Drive) stating she had not been convicted of any offense punishable by more than one year in prison. PSP’s Firearms Division reported on October 7, 2026 that Garner had previously been convicted of such an offense; charges (CR-442-2026, LA-26-05170) were filed and a warrant was issued for her arrest on 6111(G)(4)(II) sale or transfer of firearms (F3) and 4904(B) unsworn falsification to authorities (M3).
