Person Shot Inside Home After Street Gunfire on W. Princes St.
York police seek witnesses after shots fired from the street struck a resident on Aug. 24; victim is in good condition.
The York City Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred in the area of the 400 block of West Princes Street on August 24, 2026, at approximately 2209 hours. Shots were fired from the street and one person inside a residence was struck; the victim was transported for medical treatment and is currently in good condition.
