Pink Flamingos Appear Outside Carlisle Police Station
Several pink lawn flamingos were seen outside the Carlisle Police Department on Oct. 1; police say they're part of a Carlisle High School improv group's fundraiser.
On October 1, Carlisle Police found several pink lawn flamingos outside the department at 240 Lincoln St. After interviewing the bright pink visitors, officers confirmed the display is a fundraiser for Carlisle High School’s improv group, Wingin’ It; the flamingos are expected to stay a few days before moving to another property. No arrests were made, and organizers ask anyone who wants to help the fundraiser to email [email protected]; police added, "if you see something, say something… unless it’s a flamingo. Then just enjoy it."
