Randolph McCoy arrested on drug possession and paraphernalia charges in Stroudsburg

On July 1, 2026, Randolph McCoy turned himself in at MDJ Johnson’s office, was arraigned and given $5,000 unsecured bail. Stroud Area Regional Police say officers responded to a suspicious call on January 5, 2026, at an abandoned Thomas Street residence where a discarded baggie later tested positive for cocaine and a marijuana cigarette was found on McCoy; a razor blade, rolling papers and a THC flower baggie were also seized. Charges were filed and an arrest warrant (issued June 11, 2026) was linked to docket MJ-43201-CR-0000124-2026.
