Reamstown woman charged with DUI after traffic stop
Katherine Patricia Baldwin, 34, was stopped on West Church Street; a breath test showed a blood alcohol concentration of .148% and she was issued a summons for DUI and a separate traffic violation.
Katherine Patricia Baldwin, 34, of Reamstown, was stopped in the 1st block of West Church Street on Aug. 16, 2026. East Cocalico Township officers determined she was impaired; a breath test registered a BAC of .148%. She was charged with Driving Under Influence and a summary traffic violation for failure to stop at a red signal and was issued a summons to appear in District Court.
