Police say the Etters man was charged after a York Haven Road investigation.
Robert Edward Mitchell, 41, of Cold Springs Drive was charged July 16, 2026, following a Newberry Township Police investigation on York Haven Road. He faces two counts of DUI (M), one count of accident involving damage to an attended vehicle/property (M3), one count of careless driving (S), and one count of operating a vehicle without valid inspection (S) in case 32-26-05728.
