Robert Gale Jeter, 19, Arrested After Shoplifting at Lower Allen Walmart

Officers identified the pair as Tyler Brown and 19-year-old Robert Gale Jeter and determined they had stolen $89.89 in items. Because Jeter has two prior retail-theft convictions, the incident was charged as a felony; he was taken to Cumberland County Prison and charges were filed.
