Robert Gale Jeter arrested at Camp Hill Walmart on felony retail-theft charge

On Aug. 21, 2026 at about 5:08 p.m., Lower Allen Township Police responded to Walmart at 3400 Hartzdale Drive after loss prevention detained two males for switching price tags and concealing merchandise. Officers determined Robert Gale Jeter and Tyler Brown had stolen $89.89 in goods; because Jeter has two prior retail-theft convictions, the latest charge was filed as a felony and he was taken to Cumberland County Prison (Case LA-26-04271, 18 3929 (A)(1) Retail Theft).
