Martinez, 61, was arrested by the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at about 6:00 p.m. She was taken into custody on warrant number 26M526 for failure to appear on a harassment charge and processed at the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office, 136 Justice Center Rd., Canon City, CO 81212.
