Ryan Charles Jarvis, 47, charged with theft after selling gold bar

On August 11, 2026, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a reported theft on the 2300 block of Valley Road in East Petersburg. Authorities allege 47-year-old Ryan Charles Jarvis stole two gold bars and sold one for $3,400; officers filed one count of third-degree theft by unlawful taking (18-3921 (A)) before MDJ Chudzik. Jarvis is described as a 5'11", 185 lb white male with brown hair and brown eyes.
