Savona man arrested in Corning on sexual abuse, child endangerment charges

On September 9, 2026, Corning police arrested 34-year-old Scott C. Dilly of Savona on two counts of Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree (felony) and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
