Sierra Lynn Prekins, 35, charged in East Petersburg medication theft
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police say a Delta resident took Vicodin from a Lemon Street home on Aug. 13, 2026; she faces misdemeanor theft and drug possession charges.
NLCRPD investigated a reported theft of medication that occurred Aug. 13, 2026. During the investigation, officers say 35-year-old Sierra Lynn Prekins of Delta, PA, took possession of Vicodin belonging to a resident of the 5900 block of Lemon Street in East Petersburg. Prekins was charged with theft by unlawful taking (M3) and possession of a controlled substance (M).
