Sierra Lynn Prekins charged with theft and possession in East Petersburg Vicodin case
A Delta resident faces misdemeanor theft and drug possession charges after Vicodin was reported missing from an East Petersburg home.
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police investigated a reported theft of medication on August 13, 2026, after a victim in the 5900 block of Lemon Street in East Petersburg reported Vicodin missing. As a result of the investigation, 35-year-old Sierra Lynn Prekins of Delta, PA, was charged with theft by unlawful taking (M3) under 18-3921(A) and possession of a controlled substance under 35-780-113(A16).
