Solicitor Cited in Yardley for Soliciting Without Permit
Lower Makefield police cited a Dallas man soliciting for EMT Solar and Roofing after a records check found a nonextraditable Arkansas traffic warrant.
On Aug. 10, 2026 at 6:40 p.m., Lower Makefield Township police responded to a complaint on the unit block of Brook Lane in Yardley reporting a solicitor operating without a permit. Officers cited the 29-year-old man from Dallas, Texas for soliciting without a permit and learned he had a nonextraditable warrant out of Arkansas for traffic offenses.
