Sonny Frank detained and charged in alleged driveway repair scam
Lower Saucon police say Sonny Frank, also known by several aliases and listed as from Hollywood, Florida, was detained and returned to Northampton County to face charges related to a May 6, 2025 driveway repair scam.
The Lower Saucon Township Police Department says an arrest warrant issued July 11, 2025, charged Sonny Frank with one count of Deceptive Business Practice (F2), one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking (F3) and one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking (M1) stemming from a May 6, 2025 driveway repair scam in the 2200 block of Easton Road in Bethlehem. Frank, 42, who reportedly uses several aliases and is from Hollywood, Florida, was detained in Prince George County, Maryland, and transported to Northampton County Central Booking by Lower Saucon Police for processing and arraignment on September 24, 2026. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
