Sonny Frank detained on deceptive business practice and theft charges in Lower Saucon driveway repair scam
Lower Saucon Township police say 42-year-old Sonny Frank of Hollywood, Florida, was detained and transported to Northampton County Central Booking on Sept. 24, 2026, on warrants alleging deceptive business practices and multiple theft counts tied to a May 6, 2025 driveway repair scam.
The Lower Saucon Township Police Department sought public help locating 42-year-old Sonny Frank of Hollywood, Florida, who reportedly uses several aliases. An arrest warrant issued July 11, 2025, charged Frank with Deceptive Business Practices (F2), Theft by Unlawful Taking (F3) and Theft by Unlawful Taking (M1) in connection with a driveway repair scam on May 6, 2025, in the 2200 block of Easton Road, Bethlehem, PA. UPDATE: Frank was detained in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and transported to Northampton County Central Booking by Lower Saucon Police for processing and arraignment on September 24, 2026. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
