Steve Hernandez charged with two counts of retail theft in Lower Paxton
Lower Paxton police say Hernandez faces two felony counts of retail theft connected to an alleged incident at Giant; a warrant was issued in May 2026 and he was arrested Oct. 1, 2026.
Steve Hernandez, 48, described as a 5'6", 170 lb Hispanic male with brown hair and black eyes, was arrested by the Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Police on Thursday, October 1, 2026. A warrant for his arrest was issued May 13, 2026 by MDJ Grella (Docket MJ-12106-CR-174-2026) in connection with alleged theft from Giant; authorities had been requesting public assistance locating him.
