Tara K. Suter arrested on meth possession, paraphernalia charges; $100,000 bail
Arrested during warrant service after officers found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia; bail set at $100,000.
Tara Kristine Suter, 38, of East Earl was arrested Aug. 11, 2026, when officers serving an active warrant found her in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. She was transported to Lancaster County Prison and arraigned by MDJ B. Denise Commins; on Aug. 15 Commins set bail at $100,000 and Suter was unable to post it. Criminal charges are accusations and Suter is presumed innocent.
