A 16-year-old girl faces a long recovery after an object thrown into a Halloween bonfire exploded, sending debris into a crowd in Arizona. Jaidynn Penberthy was seriously injured in the Oct. 30 explosion near Lake Pleasant, northwest of Phoenix, according to FOX 10 Phoenix. The teen remained in intensive care Nov. 6 after undergoing three surgeries.
