The Goose, at 102 W. Fourth St., was founded in 1979 by Robert Goosley and Mike Corcoran; its name plays on Goosley’s surname. Now operated by Bethlehem natives Tony and Debbie Silvoy, the sandwich shop has been a longtime fixture for Lehigh students and the wider Bethlehem community.
