Town hall on Parking Permit Ordinance set for Aug. 19
Upland Borough Police Department will host a town hall on Aug. 19, 2026 at 6:30 PM to answer questions about the new parking ordinance; no other borough business will be discussed.
Due to the volume of resident questions, the Upland Borough Police Department will hold a town hall to discuss the new parking permit ordinance. The meeting will take place Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 6:30 PM at McQueen Hall, and no other Borough business will be discussed.
