Tyrone Smith Charged with Theft of Services in Columbia
York man accused of acquiring services without payment on Lancaster Avenue; Columbia Borough Police filed charges.
On June 25, 2026, at approximately 9:44 p.m., Tyrone Smith, 36, of York, Pennsylvania, was accused of committing theft of services (acquisition of services) in the 1000 block of Lancaster Avenue in Columbia. Following the incident, an officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges against Smith. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
