Warrant issued for Jyrece Drayton-Baskerville after Capital City Mall fight, Suboxone possession
Lower Allen Township police say Jyrece Drayton-Baskerville was found with Suboxone after a June 8 fight at Capital City Mall and a warrant was issued after he missed a Sept. 11 preliminary hearing.
On June 8, 2026 at 6:14 PM, Lower Allen Township officers responded to an active fight at Capital City Mall and found 22-year-old Jyrece Darrell Drayton-Baskerville in possession of Suboxone without a valid prescription; charges and a summons were filed. He was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on September 11, 2026 at MDJ Delozier but failed to appear, and a warrant was issued for his arrest (CR-282-2026, LA-26-02895). The reported charges include possession of a controlled substance (780-113(A)(16)) and disorderly conduct (18 5503(A)(3)).
