Warrant issued for Jyrece Drayton-Baskerville after mall fight and alleged Suboxone possession
Lower Allen Township police say a 22-year-old failed to appear for a preliminary hearing connected to a June mall fight during which he was allegedly found with Suboxone without a prescription.
On June 8, 2026 at 6:14 PM, Lower Allen Township officers responded to an active fight at Capital City Mall and found 22-year-old Jyrece Darrell Drayton-Baskerville in possession of Suboxone without a valid prescription; charges were filed and a summons issued. Drayton-Baskerville failed to appear for a preliminary hearing scheduled September 11, 2026 at MDJ Deloziers, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The case (CR-282-2026) lists charges including 780-113(A)(16) possession of a controlled substance and 5503(A)(3) disorderly conduct.
