Warrant issued for Patricia Ann Garner in alleged illegal firearms transfer, falsified application
Pennsylvania State Police say a Camp Hill woman completed a firearms purchase application falsely denying a prior conviction; charges were filed and a warrant issued Oct. 21, 2026.
Patricia Ann Garner, 39, of Camp Hill, is the subject of a warrant after Pennsylvania State Police reported she completed a firearms transaction application at Sportsman’s Warehouse on June 26, 2026, stating she had not been convicted of an offense punishable by more than one year in prison. Because Garner has a prior conviction that would disqualify her, charges for sale or transfer of firearms (F3) and unsworn falsification to authorities (M3) were filed and an arrest warrant was issued on Oct. 21, 2026 (CR-442-2026, LA-26-05170).
