Wellsboro woman arrested on DUI, four additional charges after Charleston "S" turn crash
A 53-year-old woman was arrested after a collision at the Charleston "S" turn in Wellsboro; no injuries were reported.
On September 18, 2026, at about 14:44, Jennifer Renee High, 53, was arrested following a crash at the Charleston "S" turn (Charleston St & Cone St) in Wellsboro. Police say she allegedly made a wide turn and struck another vehicle; both cars were damaged but there were no injuries. She faces one count of DUI and four additional counts — careless driving, operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock, reckless driving and failure to keep right — and all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
