William Small Jr. Arrested on Multiple Theft and Fraud Charges
Arrest followed an investigation into roughly $1,095 in fraudulent purchases; arraigned Oct. 29, 2026, with a preliminary hearing scheduled.
On Aug. 15, 2025, officers responded to a report that a male used a fraudulent card to make about $1,095 in purchases at a business on the 500 block of W. State Street; photos and vehicle information linked the suspect to similar purchases at two other locations. A collaborative investigation with East Pikeland Township and Ambler Borough police identified the man as William Small Jr. (booking lists him as 32; the probe identified him as 31, of Dover, DE); an arrest warrant was issued Oct. 15, 2026, and he was arraigned Oct. 29, 2026 on counts including receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, retail theft, access device fraud and identity theft.
