Woman arrested on DUI and three other charges after East Pennsboro crash

On Sept. 6, 2026, at approximately 10:26 PM a vehicle driven by 32-year-old Brittany Noelle Ryan crossed the double yellow line, struck a guard rail on Anthony Drive in East Pennsboro Township and came to rest facing east. The driver was treated for injuries and investigators reported signs of impairment; Ryan faces charges of DUI, careless driving, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and operating a vehicle without an official certificate of inspection. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
