Woman Charged With Theft of Services in Columbia

On June 25, 2026, at about 9:44 p.m., Silkia Delgado-Correa, 37, of York, Pennsylvania, was accused of committing theft of services (acquisition of services) in the 1000 block of Lancaster Avenue in Columbia, PA. An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges following the incident. Delgado-Correa, described as a Hispanic female about 5'3" with green eyes and black hair, is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
