On August 31, 2026, Millersville police were notified of a vape alert in a boys' bathroom at Penn Manor High School. School staff escorted multiple students to the office and searched them, confiscating two devices from a 15-year-old male; police testing showed one device positive for marijuana. The student was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.
