16-Year-Old Cited After Marijuana Found in School Vape Device
A Penn Manor School Resource Officer found a vape device containing marijuana in a boys’ cafeteria bathroom; a 16-year-old was cited for disorderly conduct.
On Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026 at about 12:00 p.m., Penn Manor’s School Resource Officer responded to a vape alert in the boys’ bathroom in the cafeteria. An investigation found a smoking device that contained marijuana, and a 16-year-old male juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
