16-Year-Old Penn Manor Student Cited After Smoking Device Found
Juvenile cited after police found a smoking device that tested positive for marijuana while investigating a separate incident.
On September 16, 2026 at 7:20 a.m., Millersville Borough police, while investigating an unrelated incident, found a 16-year-old Penn Manor student in possession of a smoking device that tested positive for marijuana and cited him for Disorderly Conduct. The incident was handled by Millersville Borough Police Department at 100 E Cottage Ave. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
