On Saturday, September 5, 2026, at about 1:40 a.m., Millersville Borough police observed Cas Kleinsmann, 19, walking on W Frederick St near Lee Ave carrying an open alcoholic can. Officers confirmed he was under 21 and issued a citation for violating the borough's open container ordinance.
